About MAMMOGRAPHIE SCREENING
Mammography screening is a programme for the early detection of breast cancer in women between 50 and 75 years of age without symptoms. Mammography is an X-ray examination of the female breast. It is suitable for the early detection of breast cancer because it can make very small, non-palpable tumours visible at an early stage.
Participation in mammography screening is voluntary and free of charge for women with statutory health insurance. Women with private health insurance are also entitled to participate.
We look forward to your participation!
